Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on product features and functionality.
• Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external clients in various formats (in-person, virtual, workshops).
• Evaluate and enhance training strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to stay updated on new product launches and updates.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to trainees as they apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Assess training needs and customize programs to accommodate different learning styles and levels.

• Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in a corporate setting, preferably in a technology or product-focused industry.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in creating training materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with various training and presentation tools, software, and platforms.
• Willingness to travel as needed to conduct training sessions at different locations.
